Official Music Video by Country Artist ~ Jillian Cardarelli
Country Artist / Songwriter Jillian Cardarelli releases the Official Music Video for her new single “If I Could Talk to Elvis.”
The single, written by Cardarelli and hit songwriters Alex Kline and Tina Parol, features Larry Strickland, Elvis Presley’s background vocalist of The Stamps Quartet.
The video premiered this week on CMT Music Channel along with an Exclusive Interview with Cardarelli and Strickland on PEOPLE.com.
The music video was filmed throughout Memphis to include some of Presley’s favorite haunts like Beale Street, The Arcade Restaurant, The Peabody Hotel rooftop, The Rendezvous and outside of Graceland. Cardarelli also paid homage to the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll’s unique style as she wore a black leather jumpsuit, a nod to his 1968 Comeback Special, blue suede high heels, lightning bolt earrings and a horseshoe necklace similar to a ring the icon was known to wear.
“I loved shooting this video in Memphis because I’ve been visiting Graceland since I was five-years-old,” said Jillian Cardarelli. “I cherish the thought that Memphis is the city where Elvis made his dreams come true. There will never be another one like Elvis and I’m so happy that Elvis fans have embraced this song.”
Cardarelli appeared earlier this month on WSM Radio’s Coffee, Country & Cody and SiriusXM’s Elvis Radio to promote the single. In addition, she appeared at the St. Jude Jam with Gary LeVox and Tommy DeCarlo (Boston) at FedExForum and performed during the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix’s Freedom Friday concert.
This is Cardarelli’s fourth single release of 2023 as big things are on the horizon for this talented young lady. The Massachusetts native is blazing her own path with stunning vocals, captivating songwriting and girl-next-door qualities.
“If I Could Talk to Elvis” is available now on Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music, Amazon Music and anywhere you stream music.
