Music’s Biggest Night® Receives Three Nods; Stevie Wonder Special Also Nominated
SANTA MONICA, Calif. (July 16, 2015) — In recognition of outstanding artistic excellence, the 57th Annual GRAMMY Awards® telecast received three Emmy nominations and the “Stevie Wonder: Songs In The Key Of Life — An All-Star GRAMMY® Salute” television special also received a nod at the Television Academy’s nominations announcement earlier today.
The three GRAMMY telecast nominations are for:
- Outstanding Lighting Design/Lighting Direction For A Variety Special
- Outstanding Production Design For A Variety, Nonfiction, Reality-Competition Programming
- Outstanding Sound Mixing For A Variety Series Or Special
The Emmy nomination for “Stevie Wonder: Songs In The Key Of Life — An All-Star GRAMMY Salute” is for:
- Outstanding Music Direction

The 57th Annual GRAMMY Awards telecast was produced by AEG Ehrlich Ventures for The Recording Academy. Ehrlich was executive producer, and Louis J. Horvitz was the director. David Wild and Ehrlich were the writers.”Stevie Wonder: Songs In The Key Of Life — An All-Star GRAMMY Salute” was produced by AEG Ehrlich Ventures, LLC. Ehrlich was executive producer, Rac Clark was co-executive producer, Leon Knoles was director, and Wild and Ehrlich were the writers.
